Guidelines For Health check up
- Prior appointment (48 hrs) is preferable for all health check up schemes
- Reporting time for health check up packages is 08:30 hrs AM
- Samples for urine and stool examination should be brought in the containers provided to you.
- Please carry all your previous medical records and medicines.
- Previous day medicines should be taken as per regular schedule.
- Investigation / consultations not included in the package. It will be charged separately.
- Cancellations should be intimated at-least 24 hrs in advance.
